"The back exterior wall of this hotel still bears a huge Sheraton logo. They have not been part of that chain for 10+ years. The halls are a bit musty and the elevators reflect neglect and the staff do not show true hospitality. A decent place to stay if you have an early morning flight from Genoa Airport, but that’s the only reason I’d stay here."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was hardly any staff available, and no one was there to assist us properly. We even had to carry all our luggage upstairs ourselves, as there was no staff to help. The room was extremely dirty — especially the floor.
