Spectacular luxury villa built on two floors plus basement, with an area of ​​300m2 and built on a plot of 1.200 m2. The views of the Meloneras golf course and the Atlantic Ocean make its location for sunsets exceptional.
It is located in the prestigious area of ​​Meloneras and Maspalomas. Just 4 min by car from its famous beaches as well as the Pasito Blanco Sports Pier.
Large interior spaces It has a private pool, pool bar and jacuzzi. Undoubtedly we found before with a house designed for our most demanding customers.
The commercial area of ​​Meloneras is less than 1,000 meters away, where a large number of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks are concentrated. The 5 golf courses in the south of Gran Canaria are less than 20 min. by car
In short, the perfect villa to enjoy the relax of the holidays in front of the sea and in one of the best climates in the world.

We travelled as a family if 8 with two children aged 7 and 9.The pool and the inflatables to play with in the pool were a big hit,as were the BBQ and outdoor bar.The close proximity to a very well stocked supermarket was a real bonus.A great holiday was had by all.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in exklusiver Villa

Zunächst möchte ich den hervorragenden und unkomplizierten Kontakt zum Eigentümer Aurelio hervorheben, der immer sofort zur Stelle war . Man merkt, dass ihm seine Gäste wichtig sind . Die Villa ist wunderbar, liegt in einem ansprechenden Villenviertel, mit Supermarkt um die Ecke. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist eine stark befahrene Straße zum Meer hin, die man im Haus oder nachts aber nicht hört. Einrichtungen im Haus hochwertig, Küche extrem gut ausgestattet. Dass nach einigen Jahren das ein oder andere renovierungsbedürftig ist , weiß der Vermieter und ist hier bereits in der Planung. Wir hatten zwei erholsame Wochen , mit bequemen Betten, einem gut geheizten Pool und Whirlpool, großem Gasgrill und gemütlichen Möbeln. Zum Meer sind es 20 min Fußweg, die Aussicht vom Pool aufs Meer und den Golfplatz sind phantastisch. Vielen Dank an Aurelio!

Perfect villa in perfect location

We enjoyed this villa a lot. The location is just perfect. Just few meters from well supplied supermarket(fresh seafood, steaks etc) and even beach playa meloneras is within walking distance. The house is for 8 persons, nice big kitchen and large open living room. Heated pool is a must in the winter time and jacuzzi is perfect for evening glass of champagne. 😍

Lovely Villa

Really enjoyed our stay here the pool was a little small but we managed also the Villa was a bit overlooked by next door The owner was really nice enjoy our stay we were a bit rushed when checking out. At 10.55 the cleaners and the next occupants were waiting outside to come in so didn’t really have time to speak to the owner. But yes lovely Villa and loved the table tennis in the basement

Incredible Host Amazing Villa

This Villa is perfect! We were two families, 4 adults 4 children, lots of space, the villa is kitted out brilliantly, it was immaculatly clean. Aurelio is an incredible host, went out of his way to check us in go through every detail of the villa. Excellent customer service we cannot fault our experience or our stay. Highly recommend pool heating. If I had to find anything slightly negative to say it would be that it is too far away with children to walk anywhere for dinner. Don’t let that put you off though this was a 5 star trip on every level! Thank you Aurelio. The Richardson’s and Gaskells

Una meravigliosa casa da vivere!

Casa molto bella, nuova e tenuta benissimo, dotata di ogni confort e attrezzatissima (compresa la cucina) per viverla dalla mattina alla sera senza necessità di andare altrove. Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso quatto giorni in famiglia assieme ai nostri genitori e abbiamo vissuto un relax totale, nella tranquillità e il silenzio della casa con vista panoramica molto bella. Aurelio, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre piccole richieste e dandoci utili consigli per il soggiorno.

Beautiful Villa, great holiday!

Aurelio and his wife were consummate hosts, showing us how everything in the villa worked - from Netflix to the hot tub - so we felt right at home. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had subsequently during our stay. The home itself is a perfect villa - we went as a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the space in their own way - whether that was sunbathing, lounging by the pool, watching TV, taking a nap or preparing some form of meal. On that score the villa is very well equipped, with every imaginable utensil and a very handy barbecue. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay was truly exemplary, and this combined with the on point decor means that a family can have an enjoyable time even if the weather is less than perfect (as it was on our first day only). A rental car is recommended but there are plenty of places to eat and drink within a 20 min walk, and a very handy supermarket 5 mins away. If you head that way we recommend squeezing your own orange juice for breakfast! Highly recommended and definitely on our list to revisit in the future - a claim that is often repeated in their well-filled guest book!

Highly Recommended Villa in Central Position

This is a fantastic villa in a quite location but with easy access to the busy and attractive seafront of Meloneras, with its shopping and varied restaurants. The views from the villa are unspoilt - blue sea against the green golf course - perfect. The large outside space is well organised with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The heated pool was a lovely temperature for the month of February and the hot tub a delight! Both carefully positioned to make the most of the views. Outdoor fridge, freezer, gas bbq and sink making al fresco meal times very easy. Inside, the villa is again very spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. A large lounge and dinning area and a kitchen with plenty of equipment. The wonderful views greet you each morning from the master bedroom and bathroom. There is a very large walk in wardrobe with plenty of space and a safe which is a bonus. The other bedrooms also provide ample wardrobe space and comfort. There is a large supermarket very close by making food shopping easy. A matter of minutes should you need to pop out for extra supplies. The villa has a basement area where you can park a car, if required. There is a washing machine and dryer in this section of the house should it be needed. Finally, Aurelio, the owner, provided a fist class customer service. He met us at the house to show us around and explain how things worked. He also, very kindly, left a welcome pack for us which was much appreciated. Throughout the holiday he was on hand should his assistance be needed. This is a first class villa in a lovely part of Gran Canaria and highly recommended.

Einfach Fantastisch!!!!!

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem super Ferienhaus verbracht. Das ganze Haus ist super eingerichtet und alles in Ordnung. Wie bereits vorab besprochen, wurde der Pool umd der Whirlpool beheizt. Alle abgesprochenen Sachen wurden eingehalten. Der Ausblick des Hauses ist wirklich der Hammer. Ich kann das Haus nur Empfehlen..

Una estancia estupenda!

La casa está muy cuidada, los dormitorios son amplios, los baños muy correctos y la cocina bien equipada. Pero lo mejor sin duda son los exteriores y las vistas: la piscina tiene muy buen tamaño, el solárium es una maravilla y el jacuzzi un auténtico lujo. Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia y son muchos los detalles que nos dejan con ganas de volver. Muchas gracias Aurelio por tus recomendaciones de restaurantes y por tu amabilidad y disposición.
