We loved that there was an evening social time Monday-Wednesday, with a light meal ,beer & wine served. The breakfast meals were delicious and there were many choices. The king bed suite we booked was meticulous & housekeeping supplied clean towels & made the bed daily. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The motel was within a short walk,(about 10-15 minutes), to downtown area, the Alamo & the Riverwalk and the trolley boarding site. (A FYI:A nice perk is that the trolley will give a ride back to the motel at 4:30 pm if you’d like!)
Although we didn’t use the outdoor pool, we noticed it was well maintained and there are tables, chairs, & loungers in that area and also 2 gas grills & patio tables & chairs adjacent to the pool. The staff was helpful & pleasant, offering us a map of downtown & sites to see. At check out Melissa called a cab for us. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend and return!
