"The property is located very near the subway entrance. Easy access and very very convenient!!"

"The rooms are great and there have been renovated. The lobby and check in desks are very basic for a four star hotel as they claim to be. The biggest problem with this hotel is the staff, unmotivated, unfriendly and unprofessional. Specially the front desk staff. Did you lose your room key? $500 pesos for a new one… what a terrible way to treat a customer. I won’t ever come back."

"They have buffet breakfast that was pretty good but can be pricey compared to other restaurants in the area. The room service menu is also decent. The cleaning staff was very nice. We did ask for late check out given we were leaving early. We asked in advanced, since they offered. They said it was okay but to ask the morning of, which we did but that morning they said we could only check out 45 minutes later, so that was a bummer. Both our other guest, staying in another room, and us had a day where we had issues with our keys at least one day and we had to get new ones. The sink water was a bit off in smell. The alexa was programmed to go off every morning at 7 am which woke us up automatically. Other than that, it was a positive stay."
