Location was great and just what we needed to escape from our busy lives. We loved that it was only a short walk to the beach. And the great room with the big windows gave endless views of the ocean and dunes.

It was a great home for us and our 2 dogs. The hot tub was fantastic. The sunsets from the top deck were beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach and you could drive the golf cart to the beach parking.

The deck area and downstairs area was PERFECT for teens. The kitchen was well equipped and the living space offered ample space. The amenities, like bikes, hot tub, games and tiki bar were enjoyed by all. We had an amazing time.

Our family had a fabulous time at Jay ’s rental. We enjoyed our family time together and all the space this house had to offer! The elevator was a life saver. The fishing was great and morning coffee on the decks was relaxing. Off season in OBX is the best!
