Perfect Weekend Getaway

This is the third time staying at this property, we have now stayed at 3 of the 5 units and have enjoyed them all. Kitchen is well-stocked, the apartment is comfy and has a welcoming style. It is also centrally located as well as being quiet. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great Place

My 17 year old son and I spent 4 nights on a snowboarding trip. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Directions are clear and easy to follow and communication from the host was great! I would recommend the apartment for a stay in SLC.

NBA All Star Weekend Stay!

Capitol Hill was the perfect little getaway for our family of four. Location and neighborhood were great with walkable coffee shop nearby. All the amenities we needed providing a comfortable stay during All Star Weekend.

Great spot!

This little gem was perfect for our stay for our yearly convention. The place was just as it is pictured. Cozy and had what we needed! I loved staying in a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to walk. Loved the location in relation to a neighborhood grocery and a couple of really cool coffee shops. Would def stay again and recommend to friends. Communication with property manager was friendly and attentive. Don't miss this place!

Wonderful place

The place was perfect for my stay. I was in SLC for a volleyball tournament and the places was close the Convention Center but far enough to be quiet. The entire space is beautiful and modern. Would stay here in a heart beat.

Excellent Apartment

Apartment was very nice and relaxing! Communications with the owner was excellent. The heater was loud but was quickly over looked during our stay. The parking space is a bit narrow. Over all great place and location!

No Shower Or Tv

The drain in our shower was clogged or something because when we tried to shower, the water would pool at our feet and continue to fill as it went on. Not one app on either tv was logged in so all the perks that are mentioned on the listing and at the apartment are nonexistent once you get there. When informed of both of those, we were told thanks for letting us know. You're so close to the other apartments you can hear them do almost everything- unless the loud cooling/heat unit is on. Our fridge has spilled something in it at the bottom. It was very unclear where our apartment was when we got there. We weren't sure where to go. Hopefully you're good at parallel parking to park in one of their reserved spots!! It is very cute but also falling apartment in spots, so you have to be careful where you walk.
