This level also includes a double bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on this level.
On the lower ground floor, you'll find 2 more double bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning. These bedrooms provide access to the garden and terrace areas. There is also another shower and toilet on this level.
