Great house for a large group!

We stayed here with our wedding party for the weekend and had a great time. Only downside was that the bathroom situation was a little tricky for such a large group that didn’t all know each other beforehand but if everyone is comfortable with each other it would be fine!

Stellar Salida Fun!

Riverside Hacienda has plenty of comfortable room for all, a phenomenal view of a play wave on the river, easy access to the river park and all that Salida has to offer - restaurants, shopping, trails, the river, and more. The hot tub is just perfect for warming up after playing in the river! You will enjoy this place so much.

Incredible Location and Beautifully Appointed Home

This is a beautiful property and we had a fabulous time. Absolutely anything we needed was available. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

We love this property and have been there several times. Our grandkids love the Arkansas River and then enjoy warming up in the hot tub. We especially are appreciative of Kristan who responds quickly to any concerns we have. Our adult children and grandchildren all play pickleball and we have enjoyed playing when we come as well.

Incredible location

Can't beat the location right on the Arkansas in Salida. Exit out a gate from the lovely backyard right onto the river trail and you're a few hundred feet from multiple bars and restaurants with live music. Woke up to a kayaking competition outside on the river and watched it from the balcony with coffee. Plenty of room for parking 4 cars and no issues checking in or with any of the amenities. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay. It was on the river, easy to hike the trails, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The property manager was easy to work with. I would stay here again.

Riverside Hacienda

We've stayed here the last two summers. Great location and plenty of room. All of our favorite restaurants and activities are just steps away. Nice to have hot tub and courtyard.

Riverside family fun house

We had an amazing time here!! This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. The patio was incredible and we loved sitting out and watching everyone play in the river! We also loved how close it was to all of the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Best location in Salida

Whether you are there to enjoy the town, float or mountain bike this property is perfect. Close to everything yet feels secluded. This was or second time renting here and we will be back for a 3rd.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This property was an excellent choice for our whole extended family who came to town for a ski week at Monarch. The place has plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep and the separate suite was great for my in-laws to be able to have a bit more quiet while the rest of the kids (ages 7-13) ran around the main house. We have stayed here before with other friends and we are very likely to be back again!

Beautiful Location

This property is in a beautiful location. The sound of the Arkansas river below can't be beat! And the walk along the river to restaurants is beautiful as well. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well furnished. We'll be back!

We’re Back!

We love visiting Salida and staying at the Haciendas. Kristan is the best and she takes great care of us. The houses are great for our large group and I’m walking distance to downtown- a big plus!
