"Cleaning staff emptied trash once, didnt vacuum and left our door open from 3pm until we found it about 630pm that evening. The desk staff didn't seem to care when I reported it. The photos of the rooms are not very revealing of the actual room. I reserved the Bertram with a Queen bed and when we walked in there was just enough room to walk as long as you didn't try to pass the other person in the room. VERY costly for what you actually receive."

"We were there on days that the bar was not open, but the room was great and so was the staff. They let us know where to park that was reasonable and not too far from the hotel. I would definitely stay again."

"Parking was easy and conventient, staff were all friendly and welcoming. Very centrally located, didn’t even need to pull the car out for most of the trip. Room and common areas were spotless, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of outlets, room coffee, and the mini fridge and microwave made this a seamless stay. Breakfast was delicious and filing with hot options and a great variety. The room was perfect with so much natural light and a view of old town hall! Stayed for work and would stay again, thanks for a relaxing and luxurious place to rest between all the hustle. "

"My friend and I loved this apartment! Everything totally rocked! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we could have needed and more. The owner has thought of so many details, and got them right. The hair dryer is strong, and so is the shower. There's plenty of outlets, and the kitchen is spacious. Beds are comfy. "Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. "
