Questions from August were not answered requesting info on an additional guest joining us for a week.(is there an additional charge, is it allowed) We therefore assumed (incorrectly) that this was allowed and were charged once our friend arrived. We were upgraded on arrival and two days later moved. The cooking kitchen facilities were ridiculously understocked with one small pot and a frying pan. We reached out to our host three additional times...

"When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows...
