Nestled in a friendly residence, enjoy not one, but two pools at your disposal to cool off under the radiant sun of the Côte d'Azur.

The warmly furnished studio can accommodate up to three people with a single bed and a double bed. It consists of a welcoming entrance, a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a balcony offering a spectacular view of the sea.

For your utmost comfort, a dedicated parking space is included with the apartment, thereby facilitating your travels and making your stay as seamless as possible. However, please note that there is a staircase to access the apartment, and no elevator is available.

The studio is ideally located near the shops of the Agay shopping center. Whether it's a mini-market, a butcher, or various restaurants, everything is within reach. For sports enthusiasts and adventure seekers, tennis courts and a circus school are also nearby.

Please remember that cleaning services are not included in the initial rental rate. If you wish to avail of these services, an additional fee of 80 € is required, payable in cash upon your arrival. If this supplement is not paid, we ask that you ensure the studio is returned in an impeccable state of cleanliness. We strive to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

For even more convenience, we also offer a linen rental service at a rate of 20 euros per person per week. This service includes the provision of sheets, as well as a towel and a bath towel per person. If you wish to avail of this service, we kindly ask you to inform us at least two weeks prior to your arrival date, allowing us to prepare your stay in the best possible way.
