This house is composed of two non-communicating parts.

The main part, on the first floor, comprises an entrance hall with a laundry area (washing machine + tumble dryer), a living room with a sitting area and a flat-screen TV, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a 4-burner hob, an electric mini-oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a table-top fridge...
One bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed + washbasin and en-suite shower and toilet.

An outside staircase leads to the second sleeping area. A second bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and en-suite shower room... and a third bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds and a washbasin...
Separate shower and toilet.

In the enclosed garden and on the terrace to the rear, you can relax over lunch in the sun, with its patio furniture and charcoal barbecue for grilling!

Baby equipment available: cot + highchair

You can park your vehicles on the plot.

PARKING ON SITE - TERRACE - ENCLOSED GARDEN - TERRACE FURNITURE - BARBECUE

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7.90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
