The cottage is located in the countryside with a large private enclosed garden, just 15 minutes from Laval. You'll appreciate the spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with TV, and Wi-Fi. There are four bedrooms, three of which have a double bed (140x190cm) each, and one bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm). There's a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's a separate toilet.

In Mayenne, don't miss the town of Laval, its castle, museums, park, markets, and, of course, the Christmas Lights Festival in December/January. Stroll through small, characterful towns like Chailland (15 min), Saint Pierre sur Erve, Parné sur Roc, or the famous Sainte Suzanne. History buffs will appreciate the Mayenne region, a region of the Chouanerie, and the Jean Chouan Museum is 1.5 km from the cottage.

Shops are located in the center of St Ouen des Toits, 2.5 km away (full grocery store, bakery, restaurants) or in Bourgneuf la Forêt (4 km).

Numerous hiking trails (PR) are within 400 m of the cottage and the surrounding villages.
