"Since we had a medium sized dog we got a walk-out room and it was perfect. It faced away from the main parking lot and was quiet. It was easy to walk our dog to a grassy pet area. Everyday this area was visited by a family of big horned sheep"

"They did a very nice job renovating dinning area. The new entrance will great when its finished. Looks like casino renovation way in progress. Room was clean but a little noisy from street traffic...new windows might help."

"The last 5 years we stay here in the fall season for a few days, as it’s always a nice getaway. But…. Even though I gave 4 stars out of five, I should had tried to book the downstairs handicap room as I did the past 4 years, as my wife needed it. I know the price was higher on the handicap room, but we had no idea the other rooms were so not handicapped friendly. The room they gave us was on 2nd floor last room in corner, which was extremely noisy of traffic, and so small with the one bed there was no room on either side of bed to barely walk to get into bed. The bathroom was the worst, the toilet so low with No hand railings to get up or down, with the shower having to step almost 2 feet up and down to get in and out which was so difficult for us as no railings there either. As in past the downstairs handicap room was the best, so if we decided to continue our fall trips I must try to book it. The downstairs breakfast they have is very nice, but it ends to early at 9 am, as who wants to get up that early on vacation! As getting down there at 8:45 am each day we found No milk in refrigerator for our cereal! We did enjoy the pancakes and bagels and some sweet rolls, plus at times the one elevator we had to wait over 5 minutes to come, as the maid was using it."

"Best hotel I have stayed at while in Deadwood. Had an issue with the card I wanted to use amd they went above and beyond to make things right. Also at the bar might have one of the best pizzas in town."
