"I never ever take the time to leave reviews but I stayed here for four nights with my mom for a mother-daughter trip and it was perfectly lovely! It was absolutely beautiful and charming and the staff were excellent. The decor was so unique that we kept taking pictures of the beautiful touches. Plus the location was perfect in that it was walkable to so much. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The hotel was cute and quaint. It was kept clean daily and most of the staff were friendly, kind and informative. However, there was no air conditioning and we suffered tremendously. We were provided with one fan and when asked for a second we were denied until the very last day that we were there. They do not have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your own luggages up and down numerous stairs in the heat. I would have considered staying at this hotel again if there was air conditioning, but...

"Great location and amazing views! We didn't get the eiffel tower view room but we enjoyed the view from the staircase and the breakfast room. The room was small but very clean - big enough for the 2 of us with 2 small suitcases. The breakfast was ok, we ended up skipping it a few days as the options were limited for vegetarians. Overall, I would stay again."

"Tourist trap. The hotel is well situated 15min distance from Notre Dame, and steps away from a shopping mall. After that it all comes down hill. The area was very crowded and not so clean, the hotel itself resembles a little bit to the pictures online, but that is about it. The Lobby was very warn down, the elevator only fits one person and one luggage at a time. Not so good for claustrophobic people, and wheelchairs will definitively not fit . "This hotel’s location is amazing- on a street with plenty of bars, restaurants, stores, and it is walking distance to the river and many attractions. My room was clean and comfortable and made good use of small space. I would absolutely stay again!"

"I stayed here with my family of 5 including 3 young children. We stayed in the Chambres communicantes room, and it was perfect for us. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms/showers were a comfortable size. The air was so nice as there was a heatwave during our stay. The hotel was close to the metro and many popular attractions were walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel!"
