"The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The AC in our room was not working, and they acted quickly to check the unit and ultimately moved us to another room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Very minimalist, basic hotel room. There are two restaurants and a bar that open at 7. The Italian restaurant was surprisingly good and prices were reasonable for an airport location with no real competition (only slightly above normal). The bar was also only slightly more expensive than normal and had very comfortable seating options. The staff at both places were friendly and responsive. It was a very easy 5-10 minute walk to catch the airport tram to the terminals in the morning."

"The property was a lot nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. Staff were very helpful and the room was quiet and well maintained. The hotel is quite a way from most of the tourist attractions, but there is a metro literally behind the hotel. However, we found using Uber the best way to get around. Checkout was a bit chaotic, but other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"If you are booking this hotel, understand that it is not close to the airport. The shuttle hours may not coincide with your plans. Taxis are very expensive. Public transport (bus) is available, but if you’re traveling with luggage, it could be difficult. There are hotels at the airport that will eliminate the hassle."

"Location was perfect. All the staff were incredibly helpful. From the receptionist to the security guards to the luggage team who booked our taxis. Really did make the stay smooth. Nothing was ever an issue to our questions. General hotel was very clean. Lots of still or sparkling water available for refilling of bottles for free. Lifts were amazing and even though on 18th floor never a long wait. Breakfast was standard but good. Children loved it which is what matters! Our only criticism was the shower in our room. It worked and in fairness to hotel we did not complain as only there two nights but it drained slowly and was a bit small. Lived the fridge in room to keep water chilled. Aircon great. All in all would stay again and would recommend."
