"My stay was frustrating due to the inconsistency in service. It seemed like certain guests were prioritized over others, and we did not receive the same level of care or attentiveness. I also wish there were more inclusive breakfast options, as there were no non-pork meat choices available. I hope the hotel can improve both its service standards and menu variety to better accommodate all guests"

"Quiet. On a nice beach. Not a lot to do here especially for kids. They had a tie dye for kids with two colours and only large shirts. Not much effort put into it. Other Hiltons do more for families. "This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...

"Hotel is in a beautiful setting. Beach not crowded. Lots of beach chairs. We stayed in a 3rd floor room with a kitchen and loft. Had a problem with all the stairs--I missed any mention that this type of room was on the third floor. I would have booked something on the first floor if I had known. "This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. The grounds are gorgeous and the walk through the gardens to the beach took my breath every time. We are already planning our return trip next year. "
