The accommodation comprises

- A 22 m² living room with TV and wifi (fibre optics)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 1 double sofa bed and 2 single beds. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. You can walk to Intra-Muros in less than 45 minutes along the beach. You can also reach Intra-Muros in 10 minutes by car.

Le Beau Site "🙂 Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue sur la mer superbe. Logement neuf entièrement équipé. Place de parking extérieur, accès à la plage facile. Le calme pour bien profiter. 🙁 Bâtisse en cours de rénovation, des parties communes dans leur jus. Convertible dans la chambre parentale, incompréhensible de ne pas avoir un vrai lit et très inconfortable. Salle de bain étriquée"
