The Poulecane gîte, near the GR3 hiking trail, will be the starting point for numerous adventures: hikes and walks directly from the gîte, a visit to Puy Saint Ambroise located 6 km away, thrill-seekers and explorers alike can discover Le PAL amusement park, or explore the Canal Latéral à la Loire, which winds its way through eastern Allier for 52 km, passing through the towns of Pierrefitte-sur-Loire, Dompierre-sur-Besbre, and Gannay-sur-Loire. Fishing enthusiasts, grab your rods and come relax at the Poulecane pond, located 300m from the gîte (carp, pike, roach).

Ground floor: open-plan kitchen/living room (accessible via a step), 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190cm and one with two single beds 120x190cm), a shower room and separate WC.
Large courtyard at the rear of the house with a terrace, perfect for al fresco dining in season. A garage.

Charmante petite maison, bien avancée au calme et très bien située pour aller au parc Le Pal.

Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute. Seul soucis, et pas des moindres ! Les odeurs de fosse septique. A résoudre, car ce n était pas agréable des le matin... Sinon c'était parfait
