Step onto the second-story screened porch to savor expansive views and year-round outdoor enjoyment.

The first floor of this residence features four spacious bedrooms, each accompanied by its own en-suite bath, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The master suite stands out with a large walk-in closet and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Double doors open to a porch that wraps around the house and offers steps down to the backyard.

The waterfront yard is a serene oasis surrounded by mature foliage and is equipped with a finished dock, perfect for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or mooring your boat. At approximately 2 feet deep during low tides, this waterfront paradise provides swift access to the ocean, catering to water enthusiasts.

Situated near the end of Crooked Creek Lane and adjacent to the last house on the canal, this location promises peace and tranquility, making it an island paradise. Despite its secluded ambiance, you are just minutes away from golf, tennis, community pools, playgrounds, and, of course, the beautiful beach.

For your convenience, a 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests choose to park their cars upon arrival and utilize the golf cart as their primary mode of transportation. It's an excellent way to immerse yourself in the natural scenic beauty of the island and access our unique amenities with ease.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
