"Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes."

"The property was lovely The stairs to the apartment were steep and narrow but we were able to work around it The location was good close to the ferry and shopping with a car Our host was very responsive with any of our questions Check in and check out was quick and easy"

"Wonderful stay. Great location. Simply check in and check out. A great base for exploring Quebec City"

"They listed the room as a 3 bed room, but it was 1 king and 1 sofa bed. Also, the power sockets by the bedside did not work. Otherwise, was a nice and clean hotel in the heart of the action right next door to the Chateau Frontenac. Would recommend."

"Great location, cool room. If you’re OK to walk 30-60 minutes, you don’t need to drive anywhere and can see everything! Parking isn’t super convenient: it’s 2 blocks away but you can pay through the host (just give your licence plate!). The bed was not comfortable and there was no laundry detergent. But other than that (and the sketchy elevator), it was nice!"

"All you need is your food. This listing was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need! From dish soap, dishwasher detergent, towels and even paper towels and coffee for the kuerig! Bathroom has a great shower and bedrooms were very comfortable. The only thing missing was somewhere to sit outside. Would definitely go back."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean and roomy apartment. Even though we ate at restaurants for lunch and dinner it is nice to have a simple breakfast when you wake. Full size and new appliances. Even provided some laundry detergent since the apartment we rented had a washer and dryer. Nice AC. Large living room. Dining table Good to walk each day, the neighborhood is 15 minutes walk to Rue St Jean with lots of restaurants (direct route has 100 stairs 😀). Another 15 minutes to walk to...

"The room was nothing like what was described. The pictures did not represent the room we were in. The room was poorly designed, you could only see the TV properly if you sat in the kitchen. If turned the TV on the swing out support, you could only see half on the screen. There is usually tea and coffee available at this price point. The amenities lacked thought, soaps and shampoos were wasteful: bar soap can’t be reused, small shampoo tubes also disposable. A pump dispenser would seem more...

"This was a great little apartment! We loved our stay ! hand towels and tea towels would have been great ! But all And all we would definitely book this place again !the host David was awesome "
