"Chambre plutôt propre mais sans plus(manque d'amour).
Le personnel est courtois pour le check inn.
Le déjeuner est sans supervision donc s'il n'y a plus de café faut le demander à la réception. Le sac poubelle était plein ce matin,qqun est venu changer le sac sans laver le couvercle de la poubelle qui était maculé de nourriture.
Hier après -midi, la machine à glace était hors d'usage et aujourd'hui encore.
La jeune fille qui était à la réception hier à été très gentille quand nous avons demandé...

"We loved that the staff is friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the coffee area and outdoor area on the sixth floor. The areas that could be improved upon were the lighting in the room as well as the gym and spa areas in the basement which were extremely dark and creepy."
