"Nice place, rooftop is good too. They let me check in early which was nice. The bathroom vanity was damaged and they check the room for mini bar use which is annoying if you're in a hurry. Plus it leaves no room for anything you want to refrigerate. But aside from that. Nice place in a good location."

"Great facilities, good service, decent-sized rooms and clean. A bit of a walk to the old town, maybe a mile or so which made it easy to get my steps in. Found it a bit noisy on a few evenings into the small hours from the nightclubs in the area."

"The room and bed were very comfortable! A quiet spot in a fab location in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was great, including the timings. Staff were helpful and friendly. I was slightly disappointed that the steam room wasn't working - as this was an amenity I was looking forward to using. Overall, a great place to stay though."

"The staff were amazing- specially Veronica at reception- she was amazing and help my sister and I to feel at home. The staff care about my sister and made sure she got everything in place when she was leaving, as I left earlier than her. I love the bed time stories left on our bed! I collected them all great to learn more about Georgia. I wanted to give the lady who was doing that a hug as I really touched by her care! Thank you so much x I will come back soon 😉 There was only one tiny incident: the local people who are coming to use the sun beds and pool needs clear communication about respecting the residents. One decided to remove my staff from the sun beds and put hers instead and believed she booked it. But again staff hotel was very helpful and managed the situation perfectly. Rooms are very clean."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Riverside Hotel in Tbilisi. The building itself is beautiful, with stunning period features and plenty of character, making it feel both elegant and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great range of fresh, high-quality food with something for everyone. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome. We also visited the Tiffany Bar, which has lovely views across the city. While there are a few higher viewpoints in Tbilisi, it’s still a fantastic place to relax with a drink or a meal. The food was very good, and once again, the service was outstanding. Overall, a charming hotel in a great location with excellent hospitality. We’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel in room 210! The reception team is absolutely wonderful and exceptionally helpful. They accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out for me without any issues or hassle. Their hospitality made my trip so much better. Highly recommend this place, especially for the outstanding service at the front desk"
