"The entrance of the hotel and the reception is attractive, but the moment you get into the room they kill your moral. The first thing is the room not well kept, we had to ask them to come take out some biscuit wrap, the toilet is not well cleaned, the room is wooden tiles and very dirty. I have to use the towel used on the floor for bathing to wipe it clean for us to be able to move round it, the AC in the room was dropping water in the midnight we had to drop some towel and the bin can to take...
