"This hotel is great! It’s a perfect location . The spa facilities are great. My only complaint it that the carpet seems old . In the main halls and in the room. Otherwise the breakfast and staff are fantastic. Great property. We definitely will go back ."

"SPA was very nice. The rooms were clean, but the hair dryer didn't work and couldn't be replaced. After visiting the spa, there were complications with drying my hair. I was given a very low-quality hair dryer that burned my hair. "

"The receptionists were always friendly, the rest of the staff not so much. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed and in need of an overhaul. The bathroom door knob had to be repaired, the dividers on the balcony between the rooms next to us were nonexistent. The shower didn’t have a full enclosure, so taking a shower flooded the bathroom. The offered buffet breakfast was bigger than expected. "

"This is a wonderful inn with a fantastic breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place is beautiful— and right across the street from the castle. Excellent restaurant associated with the hotel too, just down the street. "
