"Nice hotel in a good location. Staff very good in the main. We chose the all inclusive option and My Favourite Club (based on the feedback of others). Both were well worth the additional cost. Food was good (variety and quality). The only real annoyance was the tendency of some to place their towels on sunbeds early in the morning and then disappear for large parts of the day. "Amazing stay! Went for a week to celebrate honeymoon and the team had a nice letter and bottle of champagne for us. Clean rooms and cleaned daily. Prime location for Cala D’or beach and downtown area. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Breakfast and dinner services were great. pools were very clean and service for poolside drinks was excellent. thank you for making our stay memorable"

"Room was cleaned every day to a very good standard with fresh bedding and towels. Lovely balconies with chairs and table, some rooms had loungers Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Food was excellent and very varied each day. There were enough loungers round the pool for everyone even in August. Lots of entertainment for those who wanted to join in The adult pool was lovely and quiet for those who wanted to read and relax"

"Nice property on a beautiful beach. But very crowded in August which led to litter and water quality issues and the main pool swarming with kids. The “entertainment” is hilarious / bad and there were some ants in our room. Otherwise a solid 3 to 4 Star level experience/family resort."

"The hotel is quite lovely and they look after the grounds and facilities. It’s in a beautiful area but not a beach resort - beach is 5 min drive. The pool is very small for a large 5 star resort and the food choices are very limited unless you want to eat at fancy Michelin star restaurants. The area is very remote but close to a few good beaches and a couple of nice little towns. I probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"The hotel is excellent and location great. The breakfast buffet was excellent.Very nice pool and pool bar. Only recommendation is to have microwave in the room. Overall great hotel and staff."
