"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

より駅に近いホテルもありましたが、上田城・商店街・飲み屋街に近い側だったので、不便とは感じませんでした。
設備は年季を感じさせますが、清掃されていました。
一点気になったのは、窓の外からファンの音（室外機？）がし続けた事です。ただ、雨戸を閉めれば気になりませんでした。"
