One word - AWESOME!!! What a great place to spend a vacation on the Ruidoso area! The cabin was excellent - both rustic and comfortable, with appreciated modernities like WiFi and cable. This was our first visit to the area and will be back, and will stay here as well.

Private property even among other houses. Beautiful cabin, decorated perfectly, extremely clean. Super comfy, warm beds, fantastic shower, cozy fireplace & reading nooks, great layout! Saw deer nearby & absolutely amazing in the snow! 5 star rating for property & Super easy to communicate with the owner.

We usually take our camper but decided renting a cabin would make it easier since it’s the mountains and a long haul for us. This was one of the best family trips we’ve had! The family loved the cozy rustic cabin and it was stocked with everything you could need even hot teas & cocoa. It is a true “cabin” experience but so close to the main street with shops & restaurants we walked there daily. We saw deer and elk on the property plus wild deer down the road. We hope to come back sometime!!

We were disappointed. The TV didn’t work well. It was slow and didn’t know how to find anything to watch and it would freeze for hours. Also beds seem to be tilted towards back. We liked the area and the wildlife

Nothing short of GREAT!!! My parents, brother, and I had an amazing time. The cabin is a few blocks from downtown/main street where all the restaurants and cute local shops are at. We went snow tubing, skiing, sightseeing, and had an amazing time overall. We will definitely be going back next winter.

Cozy and rustic are best ways to describe this cabin. In the best way possible. We absolutely loved it. It certainly didn’t feel like it was town yet quick and easy to get to downtown shops and restaurants. Extremely clean, anything we needed was there. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved out stay. IF I was going to change anything I would put a small loveseat or another chair looking out the window because it was a perfect place to see the deer as the sun rose. Both the front and back decks were nice. We enjoyed the back the most. Deer come every morning and every early evening. We will be back.

This cabin is pretty rustic but I am here for it!! It’s is incredibly charming. The location could not be beat. It is in a neighborhood but you would never know it. It is off the road quit a bit and felt secluded. Our family enjoyed this cozy cabin and would recommend it to anyone.
