"The automated 24 hr check in is a nice idea but seems not to work well in practice. We checked in after midnight so it didn’t recognise our booking as it thought we were booking too early for a booking the following day. You’d think a check in system could differentiate, but no. And the guy on the phone was super grumpy at 1am too which is a bit much when it’s their fault. There were people we saw the other day who told us the system didn’t recognise their booking number. So it wasn’t just us...

"Very happy with the hotel grounds and staff. While it is not central, it is a quick ride to the town center. We had a fun stay and I attribute that to the gentleman who checked us in.
We were tired from our travels and he helped us make suggestions for dinner. We even had an impromptu FIFA watch party which brought the guests together.
The room was super clean, modern and comfortable."
