"The only thing is the see-through bathroom&shower, no privacy here. For all the rest, everything was perfect!"

"I had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and pretty quiet - except the walls are thin and on my fourth night a group checked in and must have been sharing a room. They were up all night. I just turned my sound machine up louder to drown them out. I’d stay there again. Good location, too!"

"We were given a room that was freshly refurbished and smelled of paint which was not great. The staff were courteous to change it immediately on our request. The new room was good but in serious need of repair with wet patches in the ceiling in the bathroom and woodwork completely peeling. On the first day, housekeeping did not clean the room and despite two reminders, it wasn’t cleaned when we came back to the room post dinner. It was then cleaned after we went to the manager. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, the staff is nice but due to the points mentioned above, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The obvious Lake is at the location of the Eiffel Tower. We thought we had a balcony room and for the price, I would expect balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The safe didn’t work and they said someone to come to fix it but as far as I know no one ever did. The soap and the shower didn’t work and for a short period of time we lost electricity. They came to fix it, but when we opened the door, the lights came back on. Great to have the TAXi stand so close by."
