"There was a glitch after sign in. We were locked out of our room and informed to come to the office immediately. When we went to the desk we were informed we'd been given the wrong room. We received new door cards and stayed in the same room and other guests had their room changed. The issue came up again at check-out. It is a nice hotel with many updates."

"You can tell they really care about cleanliness and excellent, friendly customer service. Never got up early enough for breakfast but my Navy vet husband loved the 24hr coffee bar! Great location. Would definitely stay there again with no hesitation."

"Would gladly book again. Upgrading to a room with a balcony overlooking the Bay was too expensive but it was a special occasion, so I paid it. The upgrade would be a lot cheaper, most likely, it I had done in it advance. The desk clerk allowed us to check in early because the room was clean and ready. This was very kind and not usually offer in any case at hotels and motels. It made it easier when we came back later in the afternoon and went directly to the room. Thanks!"

"Room was very nice , and access to a fridge in the lobby area was very helpful. Breakfast was a continental with coffee, tea, and juice. The restaurant and bar not open anymore In 2026 , and the first picture on Hotels is of the outside bar , so only 4 stars"
