"The rooms are modern clean and efficient. They have the 'feel' of modern student accommodation - which seems to be what they are repurposed from or related to. Check-in was friendly and down to earth. Everything simple to use. Nice, clean, facilities and rooms. "Location was perfect, bus stop right outside. Room and bathroom werr very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking but the guesthouse doesn't provide breakfast, had to fight with hotels.com to get some money back. "
