"The owner Phil welcomed us on the first day. He was totally amazing. The lodge was lovely. We were originally booked into Willow but had to change to Briar as there was a flood in Willow before we arrived. Dee Dee ensured we still had use of the hot tub which was lovely. The swimming pool is very large and you can book alone time in there which is nice. Excellent breakfast . Love the lodges in forest setting. So lovely. Nice fixtures and fittings. "The owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms each time have been superb, large and extremely comfortable It was our third or fourth stay at Hooray Henrys and we will certainly stay again. The only negative is that parking is tight and requires careful reversing, but there is nothing really that could change this and there are alternative car parks nearby."
"The hotel had a bit of character and was well located for access to the coast and nearby sights. Our room was large and comfortable with a table and chairs, plenty of storage space. The grounds were a good size, well maintained and great for sitting outside. Dinner was very good in a conservatory dining room. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, happy to chat and offer advice on places to visit and things to do. A very enjoyable short stay "

Aylsham is a gorgeous place to visit and the unique ships, range of restaurants and warm welcome from the people who live and work there have left a really positive and heart warming impression on me.
