Very helpful happy reception staff. Explained parking and how to charge our electric car which was easy. Ate in the restaurant and had a lovely pizza and risotto highly recommend. Room comfortable but only niggle was there was a kettle, coffee and tea bags but no milk. Easily rectified by restaurant giving us a cup of milk to take back to our room. Central location will stay again.

The room was large and well kept, the public areas were also spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. It is a few minutes walk from the cathedral and well situated. The restaurant food was great. Overall a lovely relaxing stay, we would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property is in a good place, a short walk from the old town. If you are away for longer than a few days the standard rooms are small. We had problems with locking the safe and the tv. The issue with the safe was resolved the next day but the problem with the tv was not resolved. There was a space for a fridge in our room but no fridge. We were advised some rooms have fridges others do not, ours did not. In the hot weather that is not great. That said it was an impressive building a conversion of a building with history, the staff were really helpful, great restaurant recommendations and other tips for the area. Overall we had a good stay

Hotel, was in a lovely building, modern, but excellent. Room was good ,clean and comfortable. New hotel only be open short time. Hope they keep it up together. Staff friendly, welcoming and charming. Facilities good gym ,swimming pool. Parking a little hard to find due to being in busy area. But good once found. Overall hotel excellent,would highly recommend.
