Great property! Very comfortable and clean. we enjoyed our stay here. Just need a car to get around as it is a fair distance to the city centre.

Literie confortable mais pas les oreillers. Surtout, des odeurs d'égouts qui remontent dans la salle d'eau. Moyen. On nous a proposé une autre chambre, mais on a compris que c'est un peu partout pareil, alors nous resté dans la même chambre. Ils ont mi du produit pour masquer les odeurs... Personnel d'accueil sympathique au demeurant. Et le ménage qui toque à la porte à 9h30, on trouve ça un peu tôt en période de vacances ...

Rugby trip

We stayed to support our daughter playing rugby, excellent view of the pitches, staff all spoke English, food was nice, though the restaurant was only open one night of our four night stay, would happily stay again.

Great stay at this very comfortable Ibis.Goid secure parking for €7 per night and easy walk into Rouen city centre.Added bonus of being able to watch a rugby match from your room if you are located at the rear of the property.

Good one

The hotel is clean, good location from motorways. Big rooms although a bit hot for the time of the year, great staff, good breakfast. Great for dogs, very spacious. The only downside is no food for dinner from Friday to Sunday and nothing close enough to go to eat, so planned to have dinner before going back to the hotel

The hotel is relly good, clean and the staff is really nice. Breakfast could be better, i like scrambled eggs and they had only boiled, but i enjoyed a lot the stay in general, mostly for the staff ! The room is big and confortable, also nice, and the parking is also good, even though we have to pay is really safe and the price is ok. As for the location, it´s a little bit far from the historical center, however either way it´s a nice opportunity to walk a little and get to know also the places next to river to have dinner for example.

Ideal location. We only had one night here. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Lots of useful information and recommendations. Only complaints room far too hot and pillows too soft. That said its excellent value and we would definitely stay again

Very good value - but location a bit off track

Very good value - an excellent place to stay when Rouen is an ‘on route’ stop over. The quality of hotel and staff are both high. The only downside is location. It is a little out of town and in an area of Rouen which lacks the charm of this city. However, good transport links and nearby newly built riverside restaurants make a stay here very acceptable.

Kamer netjes, maar tochtig raam (ondanks dubbel glas). In badkamer ontbrak fohn.(hadden wij niet nodig , maar anderen wel) Instellen kamertemperatuur is hogere wiskunde. wij hebben de moed opgegeven. Goed doorgangsadres. Ligging tov snelwegen goed.

Great hotel for stop over for one night. Not clost to much on foot. The restaurant was not open, but we got something nearby. The hotel was very quiet. Really NICE staff. Easy to park and cheap for the night. Must drive to city centre or walk 30 minutes, so not in a touristy area. But easy to get to, into park and away in the morning.
