On the first floor, there’s a welcoming living and dining area with a sofa bed, TV, and stereo, creating a nice spot to relax after a day out. The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home.

The bedroom can be set up with either a double bed or two single beds, depending on your preference, while the bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Guests also have access to modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Outside, the private terrace with a barbecue invites you to enjoy long summer evenings, and there’s a parking space available for your car.

The house is located in Rottweil-Bühlingen, a peaceful district of Rottweil, Germany’s oldest town.
