The rooms were clean and there is more than enough free parking. The staff gave us some good pointers about tours we could book there and there is also a washing and drying machine that's free to use. Really convenient.

Great stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and it had a kitchenette and a jacuzzi!! Plenty of car parking spaces. Grocery store and restaurants are about 10-15 of walk.

We stayed 2 nights in a one bed suite, with king single, and spa bath. The room was lovely, seems very recently renovated. The housekeeping staff were very lovely and efficient. The bedding here was my favourite part. Super comfortable, pillows and comforter. Loved it. It's also really well located. Close to all the shops/restaurants and equally close to the all the attractions in Rotorua. Would definitely choose again.

A lovely hotel, room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities you need, parking was plentiful, the staff are welcoming and a nice surprise was the huge spa bath/pool in our room which was used several times absolute heaven! Hotel is close to everything, walking distance to the restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. We would definitely stay here again!
