The room was comfortable, if smaller than some we have used and there were no tea/coffee making facilities but generally OK. Staff were friendly and helpful although parking could be better (we have a disabled badge and parked on-street which was more convenient). Breakfast was good. The surrounding area was fairly scruffy as clearly this part of Rostock is still in the process of development/improvement. Restaurants were on the other side of what was effectively a dual carriageway with few convenient crossing points but a good choice of outlets. Rostock as a whole is not an obvious place to visit but there is plenty to see from both the historic and communist eras. The beach resort of Warnemunde is good for high-end shopping and eating although the beach itself is a disappointment. Bad Doberan is worth a visit for the minster church and the "Molli" narrow-gauge railway.

self check in very easy, very straight forward, guides your hand the entire time and you don’t have to stand in the often long mine. Bad Experience

I booked a room for 2 adult an 9 year old child. I wrote to the hotel about extra bed. They never answered. We got a room with one bed for a 2 persons. Not even extra towels or pillow.
