Clean, convenient for trams. Other than breakfast (paid) the only tea/coffee facility is a vending machine, that you have to pay for. B&B Hotel in Antwerp was far better, with free 24 hour coffee machine in breakfast area. Paper cups not replaced when room cleaned

Zero service for late check in.

Arrived late. No one in the reception despite that it was inside the opening hours that we were informed. Self check in at a machine at the door was really slow and annoying. No info about parking basement so we had to find a parking garage by ourselves late in the evening. Zero service.

Our stay at Hotel B&B in Rostock fell short of our expectations. Despite booking a four-bed room, we were given a room with only three beds, indicating a possible miscommunication between the hotel and Hotels.com. The rooms were uncomfortably small, leaving us feeling cramped and restricted. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was basic and lacked variety, failing to meet our culinary expectations. While the staff were polite, the issues with room allocation and the underwhelming breakfast left us unsatisfied. We recommend that Hotel B&B improves communication with booking platforms to prevent such discrepancies. Additionally, investing in more spacious rooms and enhancing the breakfast offerings would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. We hope that this feedback aids in the hotel's efforts to provide a more satisfactory stay for future guests.

Wir haben das Familien-Zimmer für uns vier (2Erw + 2 Ki.) genutzt. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber ziemlich gemütlich. Es war alles sauber. Gutes sparsames Frühstück ist für den Preis ok. Nettes Personal.

Ein kleines, aber feines Familienzimmer. Das Personal haben wir als sehr freundlich empfunden. Einzig die wenigen Parkplätze für die vielen Zimmer sind zu bemängeln. Mit der Straßenbahn, welche direkt vor der Tür ist kann die Innenstadt und alles andere gut erreicht werden. Wir waren für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt sehr überrascht und werden das B&B bei unseren nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.
