"Beautiful setting. Lovely room. Brilliant and extensive facilities. Excellent food. Staff were superb the whole time and that applies to everyone, everywhere and at every level. They were consistently friendly, attentive, caring, helpful and efficient. They related brilliantly to us, paying close attention to detail and supporting us with our disabled son at every opportunity. Nothing was too much for them and they were proactive throughout to make our our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They also created a lovely friendly atmosphere with each other, clearly having very strong and positive working relationships, which made the atmosphere even more lovely for us. We would highly recommend the hotel and staff to anyone considering staying there. Thank you for a lovely time. We can’t understand why you are not a 5* hotel because you deserve to be."

"We weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived but were given a pleasant impression once we arrived inside. Clearly the owners care about their guests as the place was left super clean for us and very well equipped, including some generous goods including breakfast items and a carton of milk which was much appreciated. For these reasons I have to give huge props to those who own the caravan and put in effort to create a positive experience for their guests."
