"One of the best places we stayed in Italy. It was super clean. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. They have a beautiful garden. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. They have luggage storage. We were able to do our laundry. It is within walking distance from the train station (about 20-30inites). Within walking district from all the major tourisr spots. Really enjoyed our stay.

Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot...
"Staff was super nice. The apartment was clean and decorated wonderfully. Bed was comfy. Only thing is we were on the 4 floor and so lots of stairs. There was a new elevator but fits one person with luggage and very slow. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and location is excellent. It also seems very safe place to stay. If your room faces the street, you’ll have a lovely river view, though it can be a bit noisy at times. The location is excellent — all major attractions are within a 10–25 minute walk.

"We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"
