"The room is quite large. Position at the back of the property is a bit exposed to the road at the back and the rear window makes it a little bit noisy even if the window is closed. Otherwise its a really great stay and really good value"

"What's there not to love about Broadwater Resort!! Great location with cosy reception. Kind and courteous staff. The units are well set out among leafy trees, with easy walking pathways. I was especially impressed with the Tonic restaurant, cafe and bar. They have a delicious menu with plenty of comfortable seating. And what better way to enjoy fitness, alternating from the outdoor cold pool into the heated pool. Followed by a nice stroll along the beach. I look forward to my next visit here."

"It was beautiful place and had an amazing stay, i was really kind to enjoy their breakfast, but the breakfast menu its so limited, I wish they can broaden it up, but its amazing place, especially the rooms.are.amazing, beautiful bathrooms"

"It's a family friendly resort; we booked 2 bedrooms for 2 days stay in Busselton. Beds are comfy, room is clean, check in staff was friendly and easy to check in. Rooms are nice. It was perfect for big family. I would recommend to book resort this resort."

"John’s place was the perfect stay for my partner and me. The location was ideal, just a short drive into town. One day we explored the northern part of the area, and the next we headed south, making it a great base for sightseeing.The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the main house was nearby, we still had plenty of privacy and were able to enjoy our time uninterrupted."
