"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Willa Tatrzańska! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the daily breakfast. It was absolutely amazing! There was a fantastic selection of fresh, delicious food every morning, and it was the perfect way to start each day. I highly recommend Hotel Willa Tatrzańska to anyone visiting the area. Excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, and an incredible breakfast made this a five-star experience. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very nice property, well maintained, we had the best room on water overlooking an island, even at storm we felt safe, its well built from steel. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, variety of choices, everything fresh and delicious. Staff very polite, friendly, helpful! Dinners at on side restaurant were really good! Will be definitely back next time. If you want peace and relaxation this is a great choice on the beautiful lake."

"I wish I could give this resort 5 stars but it’s Hotels.com’s fault and my fault for not paying closer attention to detail. When I booked this I unfortunately didn’t understand it was a FAMILY resort. It is PERFECT for families with kids. Although I was curious about the conference area. I also didn’t understand the language well and perhaps j was there on a dedicated kids weekend. As a solo traveler I was caught off guard. Other than that this resort is FANTASTIC!! Gorgeous, close to the gondola. Amenities amazing."

"Czystość w pokoju ok, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Strefa spa całkiem przyjazna , basen spory jaccuzi na zewnątrz może troszkę za małe. Hotel moim zdaniem przegięty cenowo i to bardzo. Jedna doba za 1500PLN Pokój executive we dwie osoby miejsca bardzo mało wiec nie wiem jak wygląda standard. Łóżko moim zdaniem bardzo przeciętne max 3 gwiazdki , poduszka sztuczna jak dla mnie nie do przyjęcia. Waga w łazience nie działa. Na plus lokalizacja ale czy warto przepłacać? "
