"This property is in a convenient location and once was very nice but has, unfortunately, not been well maintained. The terrace had 5 cm of standing water due to a drainage issue and cans of cigarette butts and so was unusable. The overall cleanliness was not good when we arrived. We complained and they did send someone to make it a bit better thus three stars instead of two. We have stayed in several Dutch short term rentals and this one wasn’t up to the usual standard."

"BEDBUG INFESTATION - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I checked in to this property on 6 August 2026. The unit had a severe bedbug infestation which I noticed and informed the property management of ~30 minutes after arrival. I obviously could not stay there. After leaving for an alternate accommodation, I noticed bugs in my backpack (which was on the floor beside the bed), so I had to bring my belongings to a laundromat, and some items required replacing as they could not tolerate high heat without being...
