Everything was great, no complaints at all! Enrico was very welcoming, helpful with suggesting things to do, and the free breakfast was so yummy! Room was very clean and was only a 7 min walk to the colosseum!
DO NOT expect a USA style hotel!! I was not aware I had to have What's App to receive instructions on how to get into the place!! It was a bit difficult to actually find the room by the instructions given!! Breakfast was AMAZING!! Thanks to Ricco our chef!!
Breakfast was really good and such a convenient location

It was ok. Breakfast was pretty good. But the location is a bit hard to find. Very close to the coliseum. Felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.
We stayed in the iMovie room for 3 nights to celebrate my Wife’s 50th birthday.
The projector was massive, room very comfortable, clean, nice touch with the mini bar. The shower was excellent.
A home from home, staff made us a hot bacon and egg breakfast with lots of options, juice / coffee etc.
If you are checking in after the guest house reception closes: Don’t Panic, you’ll get the details sent to you 48 hours before you arrive, including front door code and route to your room.
Tip: for an amazing food experience, walk down 3 doors at Al 42 Italian Gourmet Street Food for out of this world Italian food.
A ‘quirky’ and ‘memorable’ stay! Thank you WRooms, especially the young lady who made us breakfast each morning.
Location: excellent, 5 mins from the Cavour metro station, near lots of good restaurants, attractions.
Finding location: look for wooden double doors about middle of the way through via baccina. Straight ahead in the hallway, second left and up the stairs. Through the door and immediate left. Left again and entrance is there.
Breakfast: converted me to scrambled eggs! Fabulous. Selection of pastries, juice, bread, coffees, fruit, cereals.
Room itself: IMovie, once we got into the amazon firestick after getting the previous user signed out which we got help from from reception, perfect and a welcome aspect to come back to after lots of walking. Decor wise slightly dated but not an issue. Loved the shower options.
Reception: not available when we arrived after 3pm.
Tourist tax: card machine available but 'not working' so prefers cash.
Value for money: excellent
The owner, and the cleaning lady were great. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
The only knock, was the AC wasn’t available yet, as it hadn’t been switched from heat to summer AC. That would’ve been ok, but Rome had a heat wave(upper 80’s) the time we stayed.

Breakfast and host were great. Room needs some work. Location is good, close enough to train and forum/colosseum, etc. A little complicated to find and get into, especially without much prior notice. People there seemed to be enjoying it. Quiet place to stay and secure.

In room safe is not working, cannot store my passport.
Air conditioner is not working, but Rome was pretty hot on last week of May.
Breakfast was excellent though
It was a nice place to arrive late everyday. Comfy and in a good area to eat, close to the Forum. Lively neighbourhood.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I stayed at this hotel in Rome and I honestly loved it. I felt super safe the whole time, and the location couldn’t be better — it’s really close to the Colosseum, just a short walk away.
The place was clean and comfortable. Every morning, Enrico made us an amazing breakfast with lots of different options — seriously so good!
There are also tons of restaurants right outside the hotel, which was super convenient.
Totally recommend it! I’d definitely stay here again.

Anthoni was so kind and his breakfast was amazing!! The bed was VERY comfortable and the location was perfect.
Only downside is that the AC unit did not get cold enough and there was no airflow in the room so it was very hot at night. The plumbing in the bathroom also had a bad smell that was pungent.
Overall a great experience and again, the host Anthoni was very welcoming and you can tell he really cares about his guests. We stayed only one night.
The location of this room is amazing. It is right down the street from the Coliseum and in a very nice area with restaurants and gelato and busyness at night. In spite of the busyness, there was no noise from the street inside the room. The owner/manager was extremely friendly and made a wonderful breakfast in the mornings. This is not a "hotel" so someone is there only at certain hours. The room was ok. It had an anteroom with a couch but it didn't really work as a place to lounge or hang out. The bedroom was small with a portable air conditioner that was extremely loud. I slept with ear plugs and still had difficulty sleeping over the noise.
Great choice when in Rome. Steps away from the Colosseum, easy access to metro/bus, dinning options near by. Clean and spacious room. Enrico was such a great host! Loved his open kitchen concept (breakfast buffet to start of your morning). I would definitely stay here again. Until next time!

Our host Enrico was absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. He made us an excellent breakfast. The property was so close to the Colesseom about 5 minutes walk. I was so grateful for the assistance given in gaining access late at night.
The personalized service makes all the difference, you literally feel like home. Ideal location at walking distance to many city attractions and close enough to a metro station to safely, quickly and affordable get to the rest. Only one station away from the train station if you want to go to surrounding cities.
Even though it is in the middle of a very busy area the rooms are away from all street noise.
Definitely an option to consider if you plan to visit Rome.
Outstanding experience at iRooms. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom is out of this world luxurious with great shower, huge spa tub and two sinks. Anthoni was super helpful and in and answering questions. A great chef too as she made breakfast in the morning in this cozy little house like atmosphere. Only stayed one night but wished we stayed out entire trip in Rome. Absolutely recommend! Much success to your business!

While I don't quite understand the theme room idea (I mean you're in Rome...why do you want to hang out in your room?!) we had a great stay. Staff was fantastic and gives AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Trust me (and them)! Room had ice-cold air conditioning which was welcomed in 95-degree heat but was a little run-down. Bathroom especially is in need of an update. Breakfast each morning was excellent with eggs and bacon cooked fresh along with the usual pastries and cereal. The location of the property couldn't be better. 10-minute walk to the Colosseum and all that madness yet in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with those fantastic restaurants. Would stay here again.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent! Every morning he would cook us fresh eggs and bacon to order, with pastry options available and many drink selections. The Colloseum and other sites are only a short walk away and the tv is a smart tv so you can watch what you’d like. Restaurants and shopping are also a short walk -my only complaint would be the toilet seat is kind of falling off and the ac doesn’t work terrific but is enough to keep the room moderately cool
