Great location across the train station if you don’t mind the noise. Room was cozy and clean and the host is very personable and helpful. Breakfast is just ok- pastries, yogurt and bananas. Small elevator is available which fits two people and luggage. There are always people hanging out outside the building but we never had any issues. It is safe and convenient.
My reservation was given to another party I was there in plenty of time there was no one on a front desk. When I called. They told me it was booking company fault
Ideal antes del tren o el vuelo. Céntrico. Volvere
Estupendo. Cordialidad. Preocupación por brindar servicios. Simple y eficiente. Habitación y baño de primera calidad.

Room nice, friendly staff, but location is sketchy
Sweety was a mixed bag -
Pros: The room itself was as pictured, clean and modern. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was basic but sufficient.
Cons: The biggest item potential guests should be aware of is that the hotel is located on a few blocks that were...intimidating. I'm a pretty tough Chicago gal, and my guard was very raised as we approached the location, even during the day. My 20-year-old suburban niece was definitely very uncomfortable. Nothing happened and I don't even know if anything really would be likely to happen there, but we were concerned about the people hanging around outside, especially since the entrance to the hotel is in a more secluded, more constricted elevated portion of the sidewalk. There is an active hostel in the building along with several other businesses.
The building entrance is seems more like a dark, old office building. The B&B entrance was tight and not nearly as nice as the rooms. It was not charming in any way, it was a little surprising that a B&B was in the building, and the entrance to Sweety itself resembled a tight old business entrance.
We ran out of toilet paper in the evening, and there was nobody around to ask for more. There is not 24 hour front desk service.
The air conditioner has to drip directly into a little bucket thing you put under it, or it will drip everywhere. There is no thermostat, so you are either freezing at night because it's plugged in, or hot because you've skipped air conditioning.
Like an oyster - rough on the outside (delapadated and messy street area) but as pleasant as pearl once inside. Accommodation was simple but clean, neat, airconditioned and comfortable. It was an overnight shop for us, so whatever concerns we had were short lived. We did not venture out at night. Standard Italian breakfast served. Excellent host (Raj) who went out of his way to make us feel at home.

Did not like the area near the station specially near the b&b , there where people iin front off the entrance getting dunk and laod that you could hear from your b&b window and so intimidating when you're going in and out of the place

Good for overnight transfers
I wouldn’t want to spend my vacation in Rome here, but the room was clean and worked well for a place to stay overnight. My wife and I landed in Rome around 5pm and we were continuing our journey through Italy the next day via train. The hotels location near Roma Termini made this easy. It was a bit difficult to find on the street. The room was small (though not atypical for a major European city). Staff was friendly and nice. Room was clean. Basically, it’s great for a one or two night crash, but I wouldn’t want to use this as a basecamp for a longer visit to Rome

Terminin viereinen alue on vähän hämärää, mutta itse majapaikan tilat olivat siistit. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin aulassa, josta sai hakea tarjottimella huoneeseen. Suosittelen.
From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and for and excellent price. The staff were always willing to help and put in extra effort to ensure we have an enjoyable time. Highly recommend staying here!
The guys in reception gave us a bottle of champagne and some chocolates as a present for my anniversary with my boyfriend.
At first I got an impresión I just arrived to a apartment, which it really was, however, they treated us so kind and detailed that made us feel special, the room was updated, really clean and comfortable, the breakfast way better than my other hotels in my trip to Italy, the staff really helpful and attentive, I highly recommend this place and I would book myself in a hundred times here.
Overall a good experience and i would stay again. The hotel was in a good condition and all the room facilities are very nice, the breakfast is also good.
The neighbourhood in the night is not that beautiful, but it’s very safe, once there’s a police station in the other side of the street. It’s very close to Termini Station, that has both lines of metro and trains. If you don’t want to pay to much and stay in a place near everything, for sure I’d say to stay in this B&B.
