You can take a bus or taxi to reach the hotel from Ciampino airport, train is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel easy to find and reception lady was very nice and multilingual beyond english & Italian, the bed was comfy and a nice balcony for an added bonus

Really nice hotel in Ciampino, perfect for the airport. Will say though, despite only being 6mins from the airport it is not able to walk to it so a taxi is a must. Lovely free coffee/tea/juice bar and the whole room felt more luxurious than expected for the low price point.

The smart hotel was an excellent base to explore Rome. There is a shuttle bus service from the airport to the town on Ciampino which takes 5 mins and costs 1euro20. The train station is a 2 min walk from the hotel and frequent trains get you to Rome central in 15 mins for 1euro50. The town of Ciampino is a good base with a nice restaurant called Rosmarino and a great cafe that does decent breakfasts called Norcineria at good prices. The smart hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was cleaned ever day with fresh towels. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and there was a free coffee vending machine. Would recommend as a cheap and convenient base for Rome.

Location - cool Room is freshly renovated, everything is clean and new. Very noisy ventilation in the bathroom and constant sounds of water in ceiling pipes were the only downsides, but the stay was good overall. Especially good for short trips.

Great budget hotel close to airport and train station at Ciampino. Easy to take train to central Rome for less than £1.50 each way in 10-15mins. Very clean hotel and comfortable rooms. Nice, friendly and helpful reception staff. More of a residential area than tourist but a good base. Breakfast box mainly snacks but handy if pushed for time. Maybe go to the cafe by the station a few hundred yards away if you want a more up market breakfast which is popular. Airport bus link to Ciampino will take you to Ciampino railway station which is an easy five minute walk and cheaper than the set fare of 30 euros by airport rank taxi. Hotel will book you a local taxi for 20 euros. Rooms do have some noise transfer which might be an issue if your neighbours are noisy but didn’t spoil our stay.

Lovely hotel & staff, check your airport travel

The hotel is great, staff are fantastic! We were able to leave our luggage and check in early, then hotel front desk kindly arranged a transfer to the airport for us. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy and bathroom was nice, equipped with shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. The shower cubicle was very small (we were room 101 not sure if this is the case for every room) but not a problem for just 1 night before an early flight. The location is good - a couple of minutes walk to the train station which was a very cheap train into Rome centre. Although we had a great stay, something to note (that we did not): although it is located right next to the airport, there is no link to the airport /easy access on foot - a taxi or shuttle still needs to be arranged. The hotel staff were very helpful and arranged this for us for only €20. I believe there’s a bus from the train station but this was not operating early enough for our 6am flight. In hindsight we could’ve travelled to the airport from the city centre just the same (where we’d stayed for the rest of our trip). At a fraction of the price of a Rome hotel, it might be a good option for budget or business travellers who don’t mind staying in a quiet town & travelling to the centre by train

This property is hard to find. They will share you many lines of navigation path which if missed you are lost. There are many bug boards for this but the property is a small flgate which one can easily miss. 2) Not family friendly in case you have young kids. 3) escalater too small to accomodate stroller. 4) They will share passwords so if your phone is dead or no internet you are in trouble. 5) No one to attend or to show you where u need to go if you are coming during night. 6) Also you get in property then go to first floor then on extreme right there is another gate where u need to put pass code. 7) Then u need to desrch for ur room and figure out where to go. 8) fonally after a long trip i expect a good breakfast but you come to know its stored in fridge(also locked by passcode) and can be eaten. We were left hungry.. I would recommend go with some hotel in this area wothout breakfast because thee are many good shops around to have it and also walkable distance for supermarket. Good thing may just be that u have a direct bus from airport which will leave u close to this hotel. But other than that its not worth the money.
