Edoardo and Miss Gia was absolutely amazing hosts. Breakfast was brought to the room daily. The food was more than enough at times leaving for a midnight snack for the kids. Daily tidying of our room was completed upon departure. Their home is a convenient location in which my family of 5 walked everywhere. There were times that we completed 22k steps but that is not a problem for us (youngest being 12 and oldest being 51). If you are looking to lay a families head to rest after a long day and cozy up in an affordable studio. It is an excellent option.

Great place to stay while visiting Rome

The Riccardo Family was very helpful and accommodating. Roma Central Guess House is close to everything. Great locations and good service. We strongly recommend it.

We appreciated the family feel to the hotel and the special accommodation that was made to serve us an early breakfast before we left for our train. Great location within walking distance to termini and the Roman Forum and Colosseum

Great Stay in Rome

Nice family run hotel in Rome. Perfectly located and close proximity to all landmarks and public transportation. Room is large with separate dining and kitchen. Fresh breakfast is served daily by Mama Jacinta. Thank you Riccardo and Eduardo, very accommodating hosts, our family enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great and the building is very convenient. Do not book this property if you are not ok with going upstairs as it is on the 6th floor and the lift is very small. The rooms are very clean and updated especially for an older building.

The room was charming and the lovely breakfast with so much food (filled croissants, eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea) was a real treat to eat in front of our bay window each morning. Mama, Riccardo, and Eduardo as well as a young lady were so helpful! Had a minor misunderstanding about transportation but our welcome more than made up for it. Definitely was a good choice!

Wonderful service and although we didn’t get all the amenities that were advertised (I.e. bottle of wine) the hotel staff was exceptional. Very close to all of the major tourist attractions and convenient. A great selection for a family.

It's on the 6th floor, and was a small room inside another room. Fine for just a place to sleep, but not the most convenient. Washroom was broken and leaking through the walls, and smelled of sulfur.

Beware. Owner will try to bribe you to leave a good review which makes me believe that the reviews are extremely misleading. While the property is very walkable to main attractions in Rome such as the Trevi Fountain and The Spanish steps, you will be better off staying somewhere else. This is NOT a hotel. It’s a bed & breakfast. My issue was the MOLD in the bathroom. Horrible smell in the room and AC not working. The room was filthy. We had the family room and while the beds had clean sheets I told my kids not to touch anything in the bathroom and wear shoes at all times. The shower was atrocious. See pictures. When I told the owner about it she tried to tell me the previous guests dyed their hair in the shower and she didn’t have time to clean it. The baseboards in the room show so much wear and tear. Owner also mentions that they were ripped off by previous guest and they couldn’t fix them. Bottom line, if you don’t care about cleanliness then you can stay here. I’m just glad I didn’t stay there more than 18 hours. Absolutely disgusting.
