I stayed at this hotel for one night because I had an early train the next morning. First the pros: convenient to train station, air conditioned. Now the cons: musty smell, worn out looking. There was no reception for our late arrival or early departure but that was ok because we were provided with explicit entry instructions. There are plenty of restaurants in the area but like all major cities, the area around the train staion is seedy. It's ok for one night but I would not make it a base for an entire vacation. The musty smell was nauseating.

My friend and I had a great one night stay! Instructions for check in were easy and we had a transfer from the airport coordinated for us! Breakfast was a plus and convenient location to the termini train station.. we also walked to many of Romes most notable landmarks. For anyone making a train connection, this is a great option!

Excellent Hotel

Our room was small but it was very efficient and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our breakfast — which was truly excellent — was delivered to our room at the time of our choosing. The location of the hotel is close to Termini Rome train station. The only problem we had was that we arrived after 6:00 P.M., when the front desk is no longer attended. We had instructions on how to enter the building, but the door did not open when we rang the bell. Eventually, another hotel guest returned from dinner and he let us in, where we used our code for the hotel and found our key. It could have been a major problem and forced us to find a different hotel rather late at night.

One Night in Roma

Relais was clean and conveniently located to many sites.It was quiet with adequate space. Breakfast was preordered the night before and served promptly the next morning. Would definitely recommend.

Très agréable séjour

Chambre très spacieuse et très propre, literie de qualité, climatisation moderne, nécessaire pour thé/tisane très appréciable, frigo, petit-déjeuner servi dans la chambre avec ce que l'on souhaite, très bon accueil. Emplacement idéal près de la gare et à 15 minutes du centre (fontaine de Trévi par exemple). Dommage que l'on entende un peu le tramway, mais heureusement double vitrage donc bien atténué, et il ne passe pas la nuit.

Very convenient location near Roma Termini. Easy checkin. Let us keep our luggage there for a few hours after checking out before we caught a train. Very comfortable room and a good price

Relais Cavour Inn Review

Excellent location very near walking distance to Termini. Very clean room, with amazing window coverings making the room very quiet with no sounds from outside the windows. Property felt very safe, and it was lovely to have a continental breakfast delivered to the room each morning. We also appreciated the small refrigerator, tea bags, coffee, soft drinks, water, etc. in the room. And, it was very helpful to be able to leave our luggage on property for several hours following check out.

There are only 4-5 units here but friends and ourselves found it to be very clean and pleasant, and the building is very secure. Breakfast is served in your room. The only down side is we couldn’t always take advantage of this service as it started at 8:00 am. The staff was very accommodating. Location is a short walk to the metro and termini train station. We would definitely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to get back to Rome. There is not a 24/7 service desk but Francesco was available by email when his associate was not available. It was perfect for our 4 day stay in Rome!! Highly recommend.

Good room, great location, service was off.

The hotel staff were not in hand when I arrived. It was only when another hotel guest came back to their room was I able to get into the property. The hotel management didn’t reply to my emails about entering the hotel. This is a super convenient property, and the rooms are nice. But if you’re used to a traditionally staffed hotel with a front desk and assistance - it may not be for you. This is a good property for independent travelers.

Good location

Close to the train station with a coop supermarket right next door. Reasonably priced. The best part is the pizza place right around the corner which is only 8 euros for pizza or pasta and a drink. Food is excellent. Hop-on busses are right next to the train station so also very convenient.

Great location, staff and breakfast!

This was a wonderful property with a very helpful staff. The best part was the proximity to Tremini station, the service and the fabulous breakfast. The owner of the property contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time, greeted us promptly and shared tips about the area and restaurants nearby. We spent the entire day exploring Rome and requested breakfast for the following morning. The breakfast was exquisite and quite a surprise. We spoke with the staff upon departure and they were al very friendly and offered to keep our luggage onsite for a few extra hours. All in all - one of our favorite stays in Rome.

일찍 나가는날 아침도 미리 챙겨주시고 친절하셔서 너무 좋았어요. 다만 첫날 온수가 고장나서 힘들었어요 다행히 다음날 부터는 잘 되었어요 콜택시도 불러주시고 매우 만족스러웠습니다.
