Nice hotel and very good location! Super close to the train station which was fantastic. Staff were friendly and the whole stay was easy. The hotel requires you to buzz to open the gate and go up several flights of stairs or an elevator. If you’re okay with that then it’s all good! I didn’t find it a problem at all :) very nice
Wonderful hotel one you get inside. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy, but the building and hotel were very nice. Lots of bus and train stations near by made it easy to get everywhere. Also good food choices close by.
Wery good location. Basic amenities. Basic breakfast. Air-conditioning is not included in the standard price which is strange. We overlooked the email with this warning and found out that we had to pay extra. Overall would recommend to the budget conscious people .
The place was clean, nice and near a restaurants, shops and groceries. Staff were awesome and we’re able to arranged a taxi/shuttle to airport with upright pricing. Going to Vatican City in just one train ride with 2 mins walk to trastevere station.

Great hotel, the room was perfect, staff was amazing, will definitely stay here again!
I was a little skeptical at first because the outside of the hotel looks beat up and old. After getting inside however, it is super clean, it has AC and a 24/7 bar. It is really close to the train station that gets you to the airport and the bus stop to the city is right around the corner. Also there is a supermarket right behind the hotel which I would recommend going to so you can buy drinks and snacks for a fraction of what they cost somewhere else. The young man in the reception is incredibly helpful. He was one of the most professional and helpful people i’ve encountered in all of Rome.
Great location to see some of the less crowded places you need to see in Rome! Bonus points for daily maid service, made the bed, brought clean towels and toilettries! Hard to find that in a hotel anywhere any more!
The hotel is very well located if you are seeking a place near the train station. It is very far though, from any of the nice areas of Rome.
So if you are looking for a location were you can walk towards the main areas of coffee shops, restaurants or landmarks, you will have to walk for 40 minutes before you reach any of those areas.
The place from outside looks bad and it is uña quite noisy area, but once you get to your room is clean comfy and well maintained. Staff is kind and willing to help at all times.
Price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
Breakfast included is really nice and allows you to start the day in a good mooth to enjoy Rome.
Great location and super helpful staff. We had a couple of glitches, like not finding the AC remote in the room and having to ask for it at reception the day after, or not having enough toilet paper and, again, having to ask, but we understand it’s a budget hotel and incredibly convenient, and ultimately we were provided everything we needed timely and the staff was very responsive and corteous. Definitely a good find in Rome!
So we’ve all walked up there the place, dropped your head, and asked what did you get yourself into…well this was a classic’ don’t judge a book by its cover.’ There’s a small sign hanging on the edge of an older building. Once you’re in, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The staff gave dining recommendations that were on point. The proximity to bus and subway lines was perfect. It’sa smaller room, but it was on par with what I’ve become accustomed to in most destinations especially for the price point. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Super clean room. Great staff. Had some water pressure issues in the shower. Had to turn the hot water in at the sink because the shower didn’t have enough flow to draw the hot water. Once we figured out that trick, we were able to take a hot shower. Older building, so we weren’t overly surprised. Definitely would consider staying there again. Close to the metro, close to several bus stops, out of the tourist area, so plenty of local, authentic places to eat and have coffee.
